Linking Thinking & Self-Leadership to Value, Culture and Performance

Event Description:

THINKING is the catalyst that turns potential into action and performance.

If the goal of L&D (and of leadership itself) is to foster meaningful and lasting improvements in individual and organizational performance, then leaders and L&D practitioners need to foster meaningful and lasting improvements in people’s THINKING.

In this immersive and highly personalized workshop, participants will learn how to do exactly that for themselves and their organizations.

Whether you are a C-Suite executive, an OD practitioner, a L&D/TD/HR professional, a consultant or someone who aspires to be a leader in any of these roles, you don’t want to miss this workshop.

In this workshop, participants will be learning the basic principles of neuro-axiology and cognitive remodeling as they relate specifically to learning, leadership, and performance improvement while training us in the fundamentals of Cognitive Self-Leadership.

Participants will come away from this workshop with a set of simple, yet amazingly powerful, science-driven principles, tools, and practices that they can put to immediate use in their life and work. Peter promises that by putting what they learn in this workshop into action, participants will be able to make a bigger difference and achieve greater success with more joy with less stress.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!:

Prior to the workshop, registered attendees will need to take the online Axiogenics VQ Profile® assessment (an assessment of how and how well a person thinks from 36 different perspectives – it’s NOT a personality or behavioral assessment.) Participants will receive an assessment report and some pre-work suggestions a few days before the workshop. The assessment will take less than 15 minutes to complete.

Facilitator:

Our facilitator, Peter Demarest, is the co-founder and president of Axiogenics, LLC. He is a pioneer in the emerging science of neuro-axiology (mind-brain science + value science) and the lead author of the book, Answering The Central Question, that introduced this science to the world – a science that Stephen R. Covey (of 7 Habits… fame) called “groundbreaking” (2010). With a focus on individual and organizational performance improvement through applied value science, Peter and company are quickly becoming recognized as cutting-edge thought leaders in OD and related fields.
