Description:

Creativity is the #1 needed skill for organizations in 2020!

Reconnect your hands and your brain and learn to think creatively in this engaging and dynamic interactive workshop.

Are you tired of ineffective meetings where only a few staff participate? Does your organization have a large project that needs all team members to contribute to? Do you work with teams that need to collaborate and innovate more successfully to help drive business growth?

Imagine unlocking creative new ideas and the productivity increase you’ll experience when you get everyone around the table actively contributing to the conversation in your organization.

Come join us, lean forward and experience the power of LEGO® Serious Play®.

LEGO Serious Play is a facilitated thinking, communicating and problem-solving technique for use in businesses, organizations and teams. The LSP method taps into our natural human ability and desire to play; to imagine, to describe and to make sense of a situation at hand, to initiate change and improvement, and even to create something radically new.

This session is perfect for leaders, managers, facilitators, consultants and practitioners who work with teams where deeper communication, connection and creative skills are needed.

In this Create:Connect workshop participants will learn to reconnect the pathways from their brain to their hands to communicate better and go deeper to solve problems. Through the workshop process participants will experience and gain confidence in thinking with their hands and listening with their eyes, and will gain new skills and insights that can be used every day at work.

What to Bring:

Your imagination and your curiosity! We will supply you with a specially designed Explorer LEGO kit.

This workshop is designed as an introduction to the LEGO Serious Play method and materials and is not a facilitation certification class in LSP
