Presenter:
Rich McLaughlin is an experienced learning, OD, change and transformation leader who loves figuring out how to help people inside organizations see and move toward the change necessary to keep the organization vibrant. He has worked primarily in the biotech, manufacturing and professional services industries, but has an overall process and systems mindset that helps him ramp up quickly on all different types of organizations and business models, and the change process follows fairly typical patterns regardless of industry.
