In March of 2020, the world of consulting was changed in a matter of days: many companies drastically reduced discretionary spending, face-to-face contact with clients became impossible, and the types of challenges decision makers were facing were new and unprecedented. This has left many people in consulting searching for ways to adapt. This session will be an interactive discussion that looks at the following topics and more:

• How have you adapted as consultants (internal or external) during the COVID crisis?
• How do you engage with your clients (internal or external) when you can’t be onsite with them?
