While many organizations strive for diversity and invest in diversity training these programs have come under greater scrutiny for their lack of delivery on promised outcomes. The need for more effective understanding of data is an important yet oft-neglected part of evaluating diversity problems. In this session participants will:
Presenters:
Jenna-Lyn Roman is an Associate Consultant at Talent Metrics. She completed her MS degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Baruch College, CUNY. At Baruch, her coursework and research focused on work-life topics, occupational health psychology, and diversity and inclusion topics. Jenna received her BA in Psychology with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of South Florida.
