Partner Event - Delaware SHRM - Webinar - DON’T BE A FOOL, USE PERFORMANCE AS A TOOL

  • Thu, April 08, 2021
  • 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Online

Description:

When a determined woman puts her mind to something, she will work very hard until she gets it, despite whatever roadblocks are put in her way. “Pearls” is the perfect metaphor for the women who have served the Delaware business community. In honor of Women's History Month, Fred Dawson will share his series, “Pearls: Women Who Radiate Success,” featuring Tatiana Copeland, Past First Lady Carla Markell, Dr. Robin Horn, Dr. Janice Nevin, Sally Gore, Lt. Governor Bethany Hall-Long, Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester, and 12 other amazing women’s stories.

The focus for this webinar is on what business performance(s) were exhibited by these successful women that separates them from average performers.

After Fred wraps up, Robert Brown and Corey Nickles of Olumo will share an overview of their performance tool. HR departments are desperately trying to engage and understand their talent by offering town halls, virtual events, personal communication, surveys, etc. However, do these interactions help you really engage or understand your talent?

Olumo was created to give companies the ability to understand the "Human Experience At Work" by opening up anonymous conversations through text messages. Honest, uncensored feedback is then scored and organized so that you can make real-time, informed people decisions. We look forward to understanding how Olumo can better help you achieve your "people" goals.
