During the session we'll discuss how to use skills data to drive learning programs as organizations shift to the post pandemic 'reality.' After a brief presentation, we'll break into small groups to share best practices and insights around how organizations are planning to approach different ways of engaging the workforce.
Presenters:
Michelle Stone leads the solutions consulting group at Kahuna Workforce. Kahuna focuses on a competency-centric approach to talent management and development by offering solutions that allow companies to close skills gaps and place the right worker in the right job at the right time. After spending the first part of her career in an HR and Learning, she's spent the last 14 years consulting with Fortune and Global 500 companies on the best ways to utilize HR technology to align learning and performance programs to meet business goals and objectives.
