Description

In this hands-on introductory workshop, Joe Biondo will take you through Adobe Photoshop's basic capabilities and show you techniques to edit images and create visual design mock-ups that you will be able to immediately apply to your work as a learning professional.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Work with Layers
  • Make Image Adjustments
  • Blur and Replace Text
  • Create Cut Out Characters Using Transparent Images….and more.

Attendees will receive a workbook and exercise files in advance of the workshop as well as access to a series of guided tutorial videos you can access after the event to practice and continue learning.

Event and Technology Notes:

Be sure to have the latest version of Adobe Photoshop installed on your computer. While all are welcome to attend, this will be a very hands-on session and the experience will be better if you have Photoshop to work with.

For individuals with an Adobe Creative Cloud license: Install Adobe Photoshop 2021 - version 22.3.1 or the most recent version using the Adobe Creative Cloud app on your computer.

For individuals who do not have an Adobe Creative Cloud license: There is a 7 day trial of Adobe Photoshop available. You will need to install Adobe Photoshop 2021 - version 22.3.1 or the most recent version within 7 days of the workshop.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t cancel the free trial of Adobe Photoshop within the 7-day free trial period, it will automatically convert to a full Adobe Creative Cloud license and you will be stuck paying for it.
