Partner Event - ATD Philadelphia - Webinar - The of State of Skills - 2021 Report

  • Thu, September 23, 2021
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • Online

Description:

Massive workforce shifts in 2020 have forced countless organizations to rethink how work gets done. A key piece of that is supporting workers in keeping their skills current - and building new ones. If you’re wondering what skills are critical to you moving in 2021, it depends entirely on who you are, where you work, and what you do.

Degreed published the State of Skills report to help you identify where skills are most at-risk of becoming obsolete. Among the 5,000+ workers, team managers, and business leaders surveyed, demand is strongest for technological skills. However, they’re also looking to develop their social and cognitive skills.

Join us for a conversation on where you should focus your energy and investment, and understand what skills are the most urgent in your industry and country!

This online event will help you understand:

  • How the supply and demand for skills are shifting
  • What skills are most at risk
  • What you can do to help support the upskilling of your people
