Description:

Two years of global pandemic have accelerated the move to virtual learning. With the emergence of unpredictable variants, remote workers will continue to work from home for the foreseeable future. The hybrid workplace has become the norm for many organizations.

If you’ve been charged with delivering virtual training to hybrid audiences, then you need to choose the hybrid training model that will work best for your audience. It might seem simple to just pull your co-located audience together in one room and allow the virtual participants to beam in and observe, but you may be sacrificing effectiveness for simplicity. Join this one-hour virtual session, delivered by Cynthia Clay, a recognized expert in creating engaging virtual training and successful hybrid learning experiences.

In this one-hour virtual session, you will be able to:

• Explain common hybrid training models

• Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of these models

• Apply the AIDS (Attend, Include, Direct, and Support) model in designing and delivering hybrid learning events that maximize learner engagement
