Description:

As learning and development practitioners, we know all too well the importance of values in leadership development and talent development. For us to help others lead authentically we need to be clear about what is important, drives passions, and provides meaning to our lives. However, many times values clarification is a one-off activity in a program. How can you create some stickiness around what values mean so people can actually USE what they learn?

The stories we tell about ourselves is a window into our most deeply held values and provides great insight in how we lead and live in alignment with those values. This session will take you through a practical, easy to replicate storyboarding process to identify values and understand how those values impact decision-making processes in day-to-day decisions and interactions.

You will leave with a way anchor your values work in your organization’s learning, leadership, and coaching programs and a framework to help leaders increase their effectiveness.
