    Devereux's Advanced Children Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time, Learning Manager position to plan, coordinate and assist in the implementation of the Center’s staff training programs as well as assisting with employee development processes.

    As a Learning Manager:

    Provides learning and training support for supervisors and staff working in psychiatric residential treatment, in-patient hospital and/or educational settings.

    Monitors employee training for organizational, regulatory, and licensing compliance.

    Provides consultation and support for program directors, department heads and other supervisors in matters related to effective delivery of programs and services and staff development.

    Helps develop, adapt, deliver and evaluate curriculum based on regulatory and/or programmatic needs.

    Devereux Advanced Children's Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) provides a range of programs and services for at-risk children and adolescents with a wide range of mental, emotional and behavioral challenges. Each year, more than 800 children and adolescents ages 6 through 18 receive specialized care in the environment best suited to the challenges they face, all with the goal of providing each child with the academic, social, emotional and life skills needed to return to their home community and become productive and positive forces within their neighborhoods. CBHS services include residential treatment centers, an inpatient program, approved private schools, and a range of community based services in Southeast PA and Delaware.
