After a few minutes of discussion, groups will move to the next table. After several 15-minute rounds, attendees can move to the table of their choice or remain where they are for the duration. Our goal is to create an informal and fun atmosphere while generating some lively conversation and, of course, networking!

Due Quach

Due Quach (pronounced ‘Zway Kwok’) is the author of Calm Clarity: How to Use Science to Rewire Your Brain for Greater Wisdom, Fulfillment and Joy, one of Fast Company’s best business books of 2018. She is also the founder and CEO of Calm Clarity, a social enterprise that uses neuroscience and mindfulness to empower people to overcome adversity and develop a mindset for growth, leadership, and resilience, and to guide organizations to address unconscious bias and build a high-performing and inclusive culture. Having started life in poverty as a refugee in inner-city Philadelphia, Due turned to neuroscience to heal the long-term effects of trauma, graduate from Harvard College and the Wharton School of Business, and build a successful international business career in management consulting and private equity investments. To increase socioeconomic inclusion, she founded the Collective Success Network, a nonprofit that supports low-income, first-generation college students to successfully navigate college and enter professional careers. Due’s inspiring story is featured in The Portal, a documentary film about meditation as a portal for transformation (in select theaters November 2019).

Ken Blackwell

Ken brings over 25 years of experience as a certified coach and trainer to his signature practice of “rescuing Accidental Leaders and Dysfunctional Teams”. By enabling them to connect, communicate and collaborate more effectively, they form stronger, more resilient individual relationships, which in turn enables them to build stronger, more productive organizations.

As CEO of InKlaritas, a Princeton-based leadership and team development practice, Ken works with a diverse mix of US and international companies across a wide range of industries. Clients experience Ken as centered, engaged, and optimistic; at the same time, his work is grounded, realistic, and practical. He creates an open, inclusive environment that makes it safe for participants to tackle difficult issues that may be outside their comfort zone. Ken continues to be part of the leading edge of the personal and professional development profession. He is also an Everything DiSC® Certified Trainer and a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive TeamTM Accredited Facilitator.

Ken is an active member of the Princeton Mercer Chamber of Commerce, the Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy (PSPS), and is Chair of the Princeton Executives subgroup of Beacon – Networking for Life.
