Description:

The key to leading remotely is about more than the technology or the big events. Its about focusing on the moments that create opportunities for engagement and connection. In this session, we will explore the moments that truly matter when managing remotely. The ones that lead to higher engagement, better connection and productive teams. We will explore tools you can use to help your managers identify their own moments that matter when it comes to communicating, collaborating and connecting with their teams and start to build a plan to help managers build their remote management skills.

We will:

  • Identify ways to collaborate asynchronously within your work environment to lessen meeting fatigue and improve team collaboration.
  • Educate managers on how they can become more intentional in connecting with their teams everyday.
  • Learn about team agreements and how to use them to help teams identify how they will work, collaborate and communicate to be effective and productive.
