    We are seeking a Corporate Trainer with at least 2+ years of experience working as a trainer. This role will design and conduct results-oriented programs and learning modules for both new hires and existing employees. Course facilitation includes, but is not limited to, New Hire Corporate Training and role-specific Technical Training.

    The Corporate Trainer must be self-motivated with strong customer service and team building skills. This role requires an ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. They will collaborate with the Training and Development Manager, company leaders and subject matter experts in order to identify proper needs analysis for effective course creation and execution.


    • Assist with facilitating and updating existing training materials for New Hire Corporate Training and Sales Onboarding Training.
    • Work with subject matter experts to develop and execute a wide range of training materials that meet company needs, including technical training and department/role specific training.
    • Maintain a positive and helpful classroom environment that is fun, inviting and motivates learners to utilize the skills and information they’ve learned.
    • Monitor and measure learner effectiveness during and after training through training assessments, observation, and coaching.
    • Coach and deliver feedback to learners. Escalate training observations to the direct manager and Training and Development Manager as needed.
    • Assess and modify all training materials as needed to ensure learning objectives are clearly being met.
    • Assist with identifying and creating post training resources to help learners succeed in their day to day responsibilities.
    • Act as a point of contact for employees with training questions.
    • Work with the Training and Development Manager regarding scope of project priorities and content delivery needs.


    • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Trainer.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be a compelling public speaker with excellent relationship building skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel required.
    • Must thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
    • Experience with training in a Production and/or Sales environment a plus.
